Hi! My name is Kelsey Chapman. I am an author who released my debut novel in 2023. Since writing my own novel, I’ve learned so much about the village it takes to publish a book and now want to offer my help to other writers. Welcome to my editing site. Line & Copy Editing:

I offer these bundled together, but I will explain each one more in-depth here. In a line edit, I will focus on the style of your writing. I will seek out run-on, choppy, or awkward-sounding lines along with incorrect word usage, overused words, or other redundancies. In copy editing, I will look for spelling, grammar, punctuation, syntax, and terminology errors. Choose this option after you have had developmental edits on your manuscript and made the necessary changes to your story.

This is the very last step of editing before you publish. I will look over your already-edited manuscript to be certain it is clean, polished, and error-free.
